Homey vibe at Village Hotel Bugis

There was a need for my to fly out to Singapore and be there for 2 weeks. Between those days, I was booked at Village Hotel Bugis.

This hotel is situated at Bugis, approximately 2 mins walk from the MRT.

I was given a huge room. 4 pax can sleep on my bed, I think 5 people can also fit.

My stay has a complimentary of free shuttle airport transfer (airport to hotel), laundry for 2 garments per day, buffet breakfast, free use of pool and gym, and a free handy phone – which I can use the internet for free when Im outside the hotel, and can call to US, and some Asian countries for free.

And the best compliment? I was given a free box of truffles!!

The room includes an reclining chair. This was my favorite. It helps me destress while sipping a hot cup of drink.

This is me, having the greatest life on the chair. 😂

The room also includes free use of blow dryer, 2 free water bottles, electric kettle, and ironing stuff.

Another good thing is that, I had a clean bathroom, not too spacious though, but it’s not claustrophobic small. Bathroom essentials were provided, hand towels, body towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, cotton, earbuds, plenty of tissues, hot and cold water.

There’s also a table with mirror. This is where I work after office hours.

I wasn’t able to visit the gym though, But here’s how the hotel pool looks like.

Some of the photos taken during breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6am to and ends at 10am.

During my stay, I treated this room as my home in Singapore. And in fact, it’s homey.

The aircon is cold enough for me to get my deep sleep. Though, minimal noises can be heard, but it’s really tolerable.

Staffs are friendly, and nice. They attended to all my needs. I didn’t actually have any problem with my room. Didn’t also have problem to all my clothes I sent for laundry.

Oh, I almost forgot, room is $150++ SGD per night.
