What is a belief?

Beliefs are convictions and assumptions. that we hold about ourselves, others, and the world around us. They arise from early life experiences, the opinions and beliefs of significant others (e.g. family), as well as culture and society.

Being a grown up means checking in, whether our beliefs from childhood depict our current reality. We can also identify those holding us back from better relationships, work success and a more fullfilling life.
