Hi, I’m Anna – a systemic and psychological coach. In my coaching sessions, I create a safe space where you can look honestly at your life, release blocks and, step by step, find more ease, meaning and a sense of agency.

I’m Anna, a systemic and psychological coach with a background in psychology, business administration and strategy consulting. In my coaching, I combine empathy, clarity and radical honesty so that you can move into action.
I know from my own experience what it feels like to be in a dark place. For me, resilience doesn’t mean being strong all the time, but getting up again and again and taking the next small step.
I draw my strength from authentic relationships, nature and movement. My life feels meaningful to me because I get to learn something new every day – and share these experiences with others.

My Methodology

You are the expert on your life – I am here to give you structure, new perspectives and effective tools.

    • gain clarity about your current situation and your key questions

    • separate facts from interpretations – and see how your thoughts influence your feelings and actions

    • turn vague problems into concrete, achievable goals,
      understand your systems (e.g. family, friends, work, team) and shape them more intentionally

    • recognise behavioural patterns and decide which ones you want to keep and which ones you want to let go of.

    • resolve inner blocks and conflicts – within yourself, in relationships, in your team or in your organisation

    • deal with pressure, stress and anxiety and developing a healthy way of handling difficult emotions

    • set boundaries, stand up for yourself and making courageous decisions.

  • Systemic questions and analysis (including constellation work, Inner Team), active listening, reframing, supervision methods, design thinking, agile methods, positive psychology, embodiment exercises and inner child work.

    • You are responsible for your life – you decide what you think, feel and do.

    • Change happens in many small steps. Talking is important, but action is at the core of real change.

    • You can only change yourself, not others. Often others change when you do.

    • Your values give you orientation and meaning. When you know your core values, many things become clearer.

    • Your resources (e.g. strengths, experiences, people who support you) keep you on track – especially when your battery is low.

    • Body and mind belong together: movement, sleep, nutrition and rest are part of a healthy change process.

    • Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but of responsibility and strength.

Qualifications

I combine solid psychological knowledge with practical, structured coaching methods and many years of experience in organisational settings.

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology & Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting with a focus on leadership, team and organisational development
