I’m Anna, a systemic and psychological coach with a background in psychology, business administration and strategy consulting. In my coaching, I combine empathy, clarity and radical honesty so that you can move into action.
I know from my own experience what it feels like to be in a dark place. For me, resilience doesn’t mean being strong all the time, but getting up again and again and taking the next small step.
I draw my strength from authentic relationships, nature and movement. My life feels meaningful to me because I get to learn something new every day – and share these experiences with others.

Change happens in many small steps. Talking is important, but action is at the core of real change.
You can only change yourself, not others. Often others change when you do.
Your values give you orientation and meaning. When you know your core values, many things become clearer.
Your resources (e.g. strengths, experiences, people who support you) keep you on track – especially when your battery is low.
Body and mind belong together: movement, sleep, nutrition and rest are part of a healthy change process.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but of responsibility and strength.

Qualifications
I combine solid psychological knowledge with practical, structured coaching methods and many years of experience in organisational settings.

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology & Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

5+ years in strategy consulting with a focus on leadership, team and organisational development
